I accidentally paid the wrong person on Slide. What can I do?

Unfortunately we can not retrieve the funds paid to the wrong contact details for you. Please make sure the contact details are correct before sliding any money. If the contact details are incorrect and the transfer remains pending you can cancel the transfer at any time from within the app by navigating to the incomplete transfers menu item and selecting to Cancel the transfer in question. If the recipient is a registered recipient we suggest you request your friend, colleague or peer to return the money.
